JFZ Sport Inc. is a nonprofit 501c3 - we have joined the NFL Flag Football organization as an official co-ed league representing Hudson County, NJ.  Owned by two women. It began with 15 dedicated participates and has grown to 200+. The JFZ initiative blends sports, Social and Emotional Learning, mentorship, and professional development for coaches to empower student athletes, fostering personal growth, resilience, and empathy to disrupt anti-social behavior and delinquency in the community.
